Nationwide Warranty Coverage

We aim for your trust in our thorough and accurate vehicle repairs on the first attempt. However, recognizing life’s unpredictability, we offer top-tier industry protection. Our warranty safeguards you and your family for up to 3 years or 36,000 miles on specific services. This warranty remains valid at all participating TechNet automotive warranty locations nationwide. For instance, if you receive repairs at Top Line Car Care in Wylie, Texas, and encounter issues during a family trip to Florida, our warranty has you covered.

Eligible Repairs & Services

You’re protected on new components and their installation against defects in manufacturer, workmanship, and materials for 3 years/36,000 miles. Normal operational wear, excessive or abusive use, performance modifications, a change in vehicle ownership and commercial use are NOT covered under this Warranty.

How To File Your Warranty Claim

You must have a physical or digital a copy of the original repair invoice.

If You Are Within 25 Miles Of Top Line Car Care

You're protected on new components and their installation against defects in manufacturer, workmanship, and materials for 3 years/36,000 miles. Normal operational wear, excessive or abusive use, performance modifications, a change in vehicle ownership and commercial use are NOT covered under this Warranty.

If You're More Than 25 Miles Away From Our Location

If you cannot reasonably get to our location in Wylie, please call the shop to alert them of the issue, prior to calling the Warranty Administrator or having repairs performed at another facility. Our team members will assist you with the warranty process.

Need Assistance Outside Our Operating Hours?

If you are in need of warranty assistance outside of our normal hours of operation, please call the Warranty Administrator at 1-866-588-0728 prior to any Warranty work being performed. This toll free number can be reached from 8am-8pm EST M-F, and from 8am-5:30pm EST on Saturday, excluding US holidays. The Warranty Administrator will direct you to the nearest participating location for Warranty work. If there are no participating locations in your area, you may take your vehicle to a non-participating service location. If the non-participating location will not accept payment from the Warranty Administrator, pay for the Warranty service and submit your original repair invoice and subsequent Warranty repair invoice to the Warranty Administrator for reimbursement.

Limitations And Exclusions

Any limitations and exclusions detailed in your specific repair invoice are in addition to the following and take precedence over the general Terms, Limitations, and Exclusions.
The following kinds of vehicles are subject to a Warranty period limited to and not to extend the written warranty provided by the manufacturer of any such installed part. Labor reimbursement is not eligible.
The following parts are subject to limitations either reducing time and mileage parameters of the Warranty or voiding all stated and implied warranties for approved parts. Labor reimbursement is not eligible.
Customer-supplied parts are void of all written, promised, and implied warranties, including but not limited to the Warranty. Labor reimbursement resulting from the failure of any such part, and any damage related to or caused by the installed customer-supplied part, is not eligible for Warranty coverage. All customer-supplied parts may be installed on “as-is” basis, subject to a higher published installation labor rate, and/or at the discretion of Top Line Car Care.
